This little girl is
Potsie's doeling, well one of them. She started out kind of pale
chamoise, then she got rather light with lots of roaning which
originated on her shoulders and spread downward. Now however, in June,
her body is all red with the chamoise markings. She is lovely. Secrets
is refined and dairy. She is a very nice doeling. I look forward to
watching her continue to mature and seeing how she fills out as a
yearling next spring. As Secrets grows I see very nice traits
strengthening. Such as her lovely shoulders and withers and she has a
nice depth of body even for her youthful age. I cannot wait to see her
freshen and watch her fill into a lovely yearling!
Her dam's udder is very capacious with nice high wide
rear udder attachments. I think the crossing with Rue will only
accentuate the attachments but also perhaps give the udder a prettier
look. Potsie's udder is lovely and easy to milk, but not the prettiest
from the rear.
