Misty is really growing! She's going on 6 months of age already! Set-up photos coming soon!
 

     Finally! New photos of Misty added. Yes she has turned into a little beauty. She's staying on the small side right now following in her dam's hoof steps. I must admit though, that if she freshens anything like her dam then the wait is worth it! She is a quiet and easy going doeling. She is already four months old and is one of the smaller kids out of our 2008 kid crop. I think part of it is her dam being a first freshener and having triplets! She is finally gaining size and capacity though so we're very pleased with her progress. However she will not be bred this fall for a spring kidding. I believe she'll be around the right size after she turns one year old. So look for her first babies in the summer/fall of 2009.

     Misty resembles her dam tremendously as a junior. She has many of the same characteristics. She maybe just a little more refined though. She is one I am excited to watch mature and I am very eager to see my Rue daughters freshen! All have been spectacular animals this year!
