Civil is a very correct doe as you can see and has a very capacious udder with plumb, handfuls of teats. I didn't get a chance to milk her for her first freshening here so I am looking forward to seeing her fresh again and milking her. Civil is extremely wide and has very good body capacity. I will get new clipped full rear udder and side udder photos with this freshening.
We actually purchased Civil when we went to pick-up Cruiser. We have been very pleased with both animals. I had originally planned to breed Civil to Cruiser for this kidding but Cruiser had stones earlier this spring so he wasn't up for any breeding at the time. So I chose Larkspur and from Lark's first kids on the ground and his excellent confirmation, I really believe these kids will be spectaular! Doeling will be retained. I'll post more once she kids.
